Nuclear Networking Policies

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. Nuclear Networking may collect personal information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you’ve visited. We will not sell your personal information to anyone.

Section A, 1  

Authorization: Service, Credit Cards, and Access

By agreeing to our policies, you agree to allow Nuclear Networking to access your website and Google Analytics and agree to provide the necessary credentials to conduct marketing services. You understand that violating these terms may result in less effective service/or cancellation of this agreement without refund. You are agreeing to allow Nuclear Networking to charge your credit card for the agreed fees. Payments are due immediately upon the agreed implementation start date each month for the length of the contract.

Security Policy

Your payment and personal information collected on our website is done so securely. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

Service Policy

Nuclear Networking (NN) bases all of our Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and marketing mainly on the guidelines, practices, and procedures of current SEO industry standards. This can include but is not limited to focusing on high-quality content optimization, as well as Google Webmaster tool management, design/content technical and quality guidelines. We do not practice unethical SEO methods like keyword stuffing, invisible text, hidden on-site links, or blog spam. We follow SEO industry guidelines and techniques that we believe are in the best interest of our clients’ branding and online marketing presence.

Nuclear Networking is a part of the Google Partners Network.

We cannot guarantee any specific search engine rankings, traffic, leads, online growth, new online listings, search engines or directory listings. We do not control search engine results or human behavior. Due to ever-changing search engine algorithms, the process of ranking can take anywhere from a few months to a year or more before showing any significant results.

Goal: By encouraging relevant traffic interested in your field of service/products to come to your site, we are able to increase rank, build Google’s trust, and draw more exposure to your website. With this being said, Nuclear Networking cannot force all traffic to convert. We do not guarantee the traffic that reaches your site will purchase your service or product. Human interaction cannot be forced, only encouraged.

Through our SEO services, Nuclear Networking will strive to increase targeted traffic to the customer’s website over a period of time using Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies and other strategies as agreed to by the client. Some of these services could include but are not limited to, keyword research, meta tag optimization, social engagement, link optimization, sitemap creation, inbound links, submitting website(s) to directories, and more.

SEO is a constantly changing industry, and it is impossible for any business or organization to guarantee high rankings for a website or web page. Be wary of SEO services, companies or organizations that promise or guarantee specific rankings in search engines. Nuclear Networking may report past successes to communicate our experience in this space and past results we’ve seen from these services.

New site? Please note, it is normal for the traffic of your website to drop after a website relaunch takes place. It can take a few months for traffic to rise again. This time allows for search engines to recrawl the new pages of a site and index those pages for search results. Traffic can also drop due to lack of SEO for the site, host or server issues, 404 issues, lack of redirects, and more. While we take as many measures as we can to help your site avoid a drop in traffic, we are not responsible for any traffic reduction.

With all of this being said, we do have a measurable competitive advantage over our competition within our field of practice. (SEO, SEM, PPC, Inbound Marketing, and more.)

Methods

To continue offering the best service available on the market to our clients, Nuclear Networking may not share any methods used to achieve our results. These methods include backlink sources, off-site content, VPS links, PPC keywords, “spy scrape” methods and tools or any others tools, techniques, or services deemed proprietary by the executive team.

Site Liability 

Nuclear Networking will not be responsible for site downtime, or reporting downtime, that was caused by a hosting issue or any other changes made to the website by the site owner or a third party. As part of our work to optimize our client’s website, Nuclear Networking will need administrator-level access to the administrative area of the site, as well as file-level access to the server. Because of this access, Nuclear Networking will assume responsibility for specific issues caused by our work in those areas and will provide the work needed to correct those issues to return the site to its normal state. Nuclear Networking will not be held liable for personal or business opportunity loss during these instances. Nuclear Networking will work to correct issues unless any of the following conditions exist:

  • Site plugins, modules, extensions, widgets or any other applications are not properly maintained (outdated, not regularly updated)
  • Site theme is not properly maintained
  • Site security is not adequate
  • The client has given Nuclear Networking authority to move forward on a project after being advised that it may damage the functionality of the site
  • It is not possible to verify that Nuclear Networking was responsible for the site’s malfunction
  • Nuclear Networking is not given the opportunity to fix the issue
  • The site downtime was a result of a hosting issue or changes made to the website by the site owner or third party

Nuclear Networking Access and Implementation

Google Analytics Access
“What if I am unable to provide Google Analytics admin access at the account level?”
Nuclear Networking may not be able to build and report on social demographic profiles, conversions, lead tracking, PPC metrics, campaign performance, PPC conversions, PPC leads, PPC social demographics, established baseline metrics, set up high-level performance reporting, and more. This may result in less effective service.

Website and Platform Access 
“What if I am unable to provide top-level / admin access to the backend of the website?”
Nuclear Networking may not be able to properly track conversions, complete on-site optimization, implement features like click-to-call, set up a proper sitemap, download and maintain beneficial plugins, edit robot text files, set up 301-redirects, implement site speed optimization, implement efficient micro tagging, implement or access webmaster tools, and more. Nuclear Networking will also be unable to efficiently monitor spam and crawl errors, index content, or set up high-level performance reporting. This may result in less effective service.

File System Access 
“What if I am unable to provide FTP/SFTP access”

Nuclear Networking may not be able to efficiently edit robot text file, set up 301-redirects, implement site speed optimization, or recover from site crashes. This may result in less effective service.

Google My Business Access
“What if I am unable to provide Google My Business access”
Nuclear Networking may not be able to properly connect Adwords, optimize the platform to be Google friendly, adjust company information, link the profile, correct crawler inconsistencies, and more. Nuclear Networking wouldn’t be able to take full advantage of location-based marketing features in Adwords, to the detriment of businesses who target a local service area. This may result in less effective service.

Adwords Account Access
“What if I am unable to provide past Adwords account access”

Nuclear Networking may not be able to manage old ads that will compete with new campaigns, correct previous mistakes that would hinder the success of new campaigns, apply negative/ non-converting keywords, optimize the initial budget, manage the account or apply any of the past research to new builds. This may result in less effective service.

YouTube Channel Access
“What if I am unable to authorize top-level YouTube channel access”
Nuclear Networking may not be able to report on viewing audience demographics for any video campaigns or take advantage of opportunities to target audiences more effectively. This may result in less effective service.

Copy and Design Approval 
“What if I am unable to deliver campaign requirements and/or approve ad copy/paid marketing opportunities in a timely fashion” 

Nuclear Networking may not be able to launch a client’s campaign on the scheduled or preferred dates. Not all campaign requirements may be met. Nuclear Networking may not be able to take advantage of opportunities to improve the performance of a client’s paid ad account. This may result in less effective service.

Site Updates and Recommendations 
“What if I am unable to implement Nuclear Networking’s site updates or recommendations in a timely fashion?” 

Nuclear Networking service results may be affected resulting in less desirable results. Nuclear Networking may not be able to launch a client’s campaign on the scheduled or preferred dates. Not all campaign requirements may be met. Nuclear Networking may not be able to take advantage of opportunities to improve the performance of a client’s SEO campaign or paid ad account. This may result in less effective service.

Section B, 1  

Continuation
All service contracts, if not renewed on-site, will automatically convert into a month-to-month agreement that any party can exit at any time for any reason.

Refund Policy

As we are a part of a labor-intensive industry with a lot of software expenses and front-loading, we currently do not offer refunds, except for the case of a material breach of this Agreement by Nuclear Networking. Nuclear Networking reserves the right to offer additional services after a contract has been terminated to support a past campaign or help a client, only with the client’s permission. 

Cancellation Policy | 30-Day Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy applies to those clients and partners who have participated in at least 90 days of service and request to cancel their agreement, or agreements that have been terminated by Nuclear Networking:

  • All Nuclear Networking service fees are non-refundable.
  • Early cancelation may result in less effective service results, or incomplete services originally agreed upon.
  • Early cancellation of 6-month contracts may only take place after 3-months of service. Clients will be responsible for reimbursing Nuclear Networking for any special price reductions or contract length discounts.
  • Early cancellation of 12-month contracts may only take place after 6-months of service. Clients will be responsible for reimbursing Nuclear Networking for any special price reductions or contract length discounts.
  • All remaining balances, subscriptions, and contracts remaining with any services involving software, or 3rd party tools integrated into the contract will be the legal responsibility of the customer to satisfy.
  • If there is a complaint from either party, fair notice by email or written documentation must be given 30-days prior to early cancellation to ensure resolution opportunities have been discussed. Once notified, Nuclear Networking reserves the right to cancel agreements prior to the 30-day wait time.
  • Due to the nature of SEO and the weight optimization consistency carries in site growth, if a formal notice of cancellation is not requested at the end of a service contract, all services will roll over into a month-to-month service plan until a formal cancellation is requested.

The 30-day service cancellation will officially be recognized when the customer sends an official email documentation requesting cancellation of services.

Section B, 2

Indemnification Clause

All clients, employees, employers, partners, contractors, governments, subcontractors, companies, and people shall defend and indemnify and hold harmless Nuclear Networking and its directors, officers, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, contractors, subcontractors and customers from and against all allegations, claims, actions, suits, demands, damages, liabilities, obligations, losses, settlements, judgments, costs and expenses (including without limitation attorneys’ fees and costs) which arise out of, relate to or result from any act or omission of any and all clients, partners, companies, contractors, subcontractors, governments, and people.

By participating in Nuclear Networking service agreements, consulting, products, and any other agreements of engagement, you certify that you agree to the terms above.
