What Is SEO?

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is the practice of making websites and pages more appealing to search engine algorithms. This is done through a series of both on-site and off-site optimization efforts. The goal is to increase traffic to your website from search engines (such as Google, Yahoo! and Bing). Internet searches are one of the top ways that the general population finds companies. In order to compete with other companies in your market, it is imperative that you put in the effort to be in the top search results for the appropriate keywords.
